Unhooked offers many facets under the umbrella of their case management program.  The National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors defines it best as “a range of services provided to assist and support individuals in developing their skills to gain access to needed medical, behavioral health, housing, employment, social, educational, and other services essential to meeting basic human services.”

Unhooked Recovery wants to support any individual in need of the services listed above. As an organization we believe case management is a huge support for any transition in an individual’s life.  The objective is to help provide a link between the individual in need and a connection to other agencies or services that may be blocking someone from growth opportunities.
